Asian Shrimp Salad

Fried chicken, grilled hamburgers and steak are all-American favorites for the right reasons-because they’re delicious! So, we've designed a new American bistro style menu for our Black Bear Lodge featuring more than 30 new offerings that are sure please any palate.

The new redesigned menu was created by our own mid-western chefs with a focus on fresh, made- from-scratch ingredients in mind. Sous chef David Prody recommends trying something you wouldn't normally try.

“The best appetizer is the Sausage and Pimento Cheese-it’s unbelievable,” Prody shares.

“The pork steak is really amazing too.”

Thai Lettuce Wraps are a fun dish to eat, either as an appetizer or as the main course. Comes with your choice of chicken or shrimp with sweet Thai Chili Sauce, mandarin oranges, cashews and scallions. Served with tender bib lettuce.

Prime Rib

The Asian Shrimp Salad is filled with nutritious vegetables and has a light, ginger flavor. This salad features shrimp and mango over Asian greens tossed in our Pan-Asian dressing with mandarin oranges, julienne peppers and cashews. Garnished with oriental thread noodles.

All main entrees are served after 5 p.m. All mains include house salad, vegetable, fresh rolls and butter. Spoil yourself with our choice grade, slow roasted Prime Rib. Another filling, 

Seared Salmon Fillet with Shrimp

yet lighter option would be the Seared Salmon Fillet with Shrimp, which is served with red pepper rice.

Black bear lodge is sure to be a hit with even our “little guests.” We provide a “cubs” menu, quick service and ambiance to keep the kids entertained.

Buffets are available every Friday and Saturday night.

Black Bear Lodge is a casual dining restaurant overlooking the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our Sunday brunch is the best at the Lake!

Tan-Tar-A Marina

We are busy getting our marina ready to open this weekend. We have been getting our ski boats and pontoon boats all geared and in the water, ready to go out exploring the Lake of the Ozarks. Our marina is located at the 26 mile marker by water for anyone who needs to stop in for gas or snacks!

The Tan-Tar-A Marina will be open Saturday's and Sunday's (weather permitting of course!) until Memorial Day. Memorial Day weekends kicks off our summer season, and the marina will be open 7 days a week. 

Looks like some gorgeous weather is on tap for Saturday, so stop on by and rent a boat for a few hours! We look forward to seeing you! 

Easter is upon us! We are gearing up for a fun-filled weekend here at the resort.

The Easter Bunny will be here Saturday from 9:30 - 10:30am during out annual Easter Egg Hunt. Hundreds of eggs are being filled with candy and special prizes. The Easter Egg Hunt will be Saturday at 10am. Pictures with the Easter Bunny will be available.

Sunday at 10am, join in the fun with our "Where's my Peeps?"  scavenger hunt. Help the Easter Bunny locate his "Peeps" hiding around the resort.

Don't forget to put your best guess in and be the closest to guess the number of chocolate eggs in the basket located at the Fitness Center from Friday at 6am until Sunday at 10am.
